This class in Yang in nature which means it tones and strengthens the body using our own bodyweight.
I love this class. People find
this class challenging, but also respectful on their joints. Very few injuries occur using Yoga for
physical exercise.

Yes! you can make time for YOU
Yes! Being tight or stiff, is the same as most men
No,... youi're not too stiff for Yoga - that's one of the reasons you go to Yoga.
Sitting down in the car, at a dest and on the sofa all create stiffness in the back body.
You'll need a Yoga mat and a drink of water, cash or card. That's it. You may want to bring a small towel. Wear loose shorts or lycra and a T-shirt.
More and more men want to practice Yoga. This is your opportunity.
