Here's what Manda offers 


A Yin style of Yoga  helps you feel a deeper

 sense of relaxation. It helps alleviate 

stress and anxiety. Yin Yoga increase flexibility

 and help you sleep like a baby


Yang forms of Yoga  help improve bone 

density and muscle strength. This form

 of Yoga releases on your own 

body weight. It helps boost metabolism,

 improves balance and helps with 

weight management.

creating movement for life

body, rather than what instagram looks like

Manda has been teaching Yoga for 7 years having completed herYoga training

 in India in 2019

She has been teaching on the Northern 

Beaches, Sydney, Australia,

for the past 3 Years


Manda is an accredited Life Coach

and trained listener for Samaritans

  Teaching 'Functional Yoga' means I'm not interested in tying you up like a pretzel.
We're different sizes, different shapes, different heights, different personalities. 
You do you - I'll do me. Over time incredible things happen both physically and mentally.
Practicing Yoga will open your body and open your mind.
Practicing Yoga transforms us into resilient, loving, kind but strong individuals 

  
Need a mat?

If you're serious about making Yoga part of your life, and want a good performance mat 
I recommend you invest in a good quality rubber mat.
...Costs a bit more (About £100) but well worth it. 

Some mats are quite rubbish in my opinion - your hands slip, you get 'curly corner's and 
it can feel like you're driving an old banger instead of a Ferrari 

I prefer to look after smaller businesses, but have failed to find mats as good a quality as
 'Liforme' or 'Lululemon' mats  -  both excellent in my opinion.
