This is how it works ...


Once you have your password, come back to this website  www.theheadshedretreat.co.uk

Click on the  'Virtual Members' circle on the homepage


Add your Password - which I will send you upon payment (ALL CAPS)

... and you're in.


Voila!


All you need to do then, is remember your password, and roll out your mat.


Not practiced for a while?

Start at the top of the Library and move your way down. The further down the Library page you go, the more 'YANG' the classes become. (Meaning they are more strength based)


Note: You will always feel better after doing a class. Remember to always back out and back off, rather than push forwards. That's the secret to moving forwards quickly and safely : )
