Increases flexibility It also helps us feel more relaxed;alleviates anxiety and stress, and helps us sleep like a baby
Yang forms of Yoga
improve our bone density and muscle strength. This form of Yoga helps boost metabolism, improves balance and helps with weight management
Both forms of Yoga challenge our physiology, which in turn helps support our psychology
Modern research is increasingly investigating the positive effects of Yoga on our health, including physical fitness, stress reduction, and mental well-being
Unlike practicing other forms of exercise,Yoga has a magic about it.So....If your life feels a little 'Wobbly',or you want to create change,Practicing Yoga WILL help youawaken your inner energy .I teach what's called 'Functional Yoga' which means I teach respecting ....

Need a mat?
If you're serious about making Yoga part of your life, and want a good performance mat I recommend you invest in a good quality rubber mat.
...Costs a bit more (About £100) but well worth it.
Some mats are quite rubbish in my opinion - your hands slip, you get 'curly corner's and it can feel like you're driving an old banger instead of a Ferrari
I prefer to look after smaller businesses, but have failed to find mats as good a quality as 'Liforme' or 'Lululemon' mats - both excellent in my opinion.
