Basically...
There are three main forms
 of exercise 
Aerobic, Strength/Resistance & Flexibility 

Love Yoga 

Yin Yoga Increases flexibility 
It also helps us feel more relaxed;
alleviates anxiety and stress, 
and helps us sleep like a baby 

Yang forms of Yoga improve our bone 
density and muscle strength. This form
 of Yoga helps boost metabolism,
 improves balance and helps with 
weight management 

Both forms of Yoga challenge our 
physiology, which in turn helps support 
our psychology 

Modern research is increasingly investigating the 
positive effects of Yoga on our
 health, including physical fitness, 
stress reduction, 
and mental well-being

Unlike practicing other forms of 
exercise,Yoga has a magic about it.
So....If your life feels a little 'Wobbly',
or you want to create change,
Practicing Yoga WILL help you
awaken your inner energy 
 .
I teach what's called
 'Functional Yoga' 
which means 
I teach respecting ....

- We are all Unique
- You move differently to me
- You also move differently to others
- I move differently to you
- and others move differently to both of us

I'll respect your unique skeleton, tissue, physiology, 
size, shape and personality
You be You 

There is no competition in Yoga 
No right or wrong way 
Just whatever suits you and YOUR body

The challenge can be in aiming
to be your own authentic self 
- rather than aiming to keep up with others

I've been teaching Yoga for 6 years
A million years ago I taught 
Step Aerobics : ) I completed my 
Yoga training in India in 2019
I've been teaching on the Northern 
Beaches, Sydney, for the past 3 Years

I'm an accredited Life Coach
and trained Samaritan

  Teaching 'Functional Yoga' means I'm not interested in tying you up like a pretzel.
We're different sizes, different shapes, different heights, different personalities. 
You do you - I'll do me. Over time incredible things happen both physically and mentally.
Practicing Yoga will open your body and open your mind.
Practicing Yoga transforms us into resilient, loving, kind but strong individuals 

  
Need a mat?

If you're serious about making Yoga part of your life, and want a good performance mat 
I recommend you invest in a good quality rubber mat.
...Costs a bit more (About £100) but well worth it. 

Some mats are quite rubbish in my opinion - your hands slip, you get 'curly corner's and 
it can feel like you're driving an old banger instead of a Ferrari 

I prefer to look after smaller businesses, but have failed to find mats as good a quality as
 'Liforme' or 'Lululemon' mats  -  both excellent in my opinion.
